Refunds & returns

If your pack arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We send a new pack or refund the full amount.

You can cancel an order on Track order until we pack it. A prepaid order is refunded to your payment method automatically.

Prepaid refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.

Opened packs of food cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.
